Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop hardware and software
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of multi-media devices and other peripherals attached to the desktop
• Assistance in restoration of a desktop/laptop due to failed or corrupted storage devices
• Assistance in troubleshooting network client connectivity problems
• Installation or transfer of workstation patch cables

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year IT related course
• At least 6 months to 1 year relevant experience
• Has experience in troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCs
• Has experience in installing software, patches, updates on desktops, laptops and servers
• Has customer service or client engagement orientation
• Flexible to any work schedule
• Willing to work in Rosario, Cavite
