Job Description |
- Must be excellent in both oral and written English communication
- Skilled in PC troubleshooting, assembly and disassembly
- Can perform computer and server maintenance, such as checking and installing updates and patches, disk defrag and cleanup, etc.
- Knowledgeable in various networking concepts, internet mail protocols TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, SMTP, IMAP and POP3
- Knowledgeable in various Windows Operating System administration and installation (Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7)
- Familiar with Active Directory, IIS and Exchange Mail Server Administration
- Basic knowledge in Windows Server administration, configuration and installation (Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003 and Windows SBS 2003) is an advantage
- Basic Knowledge of VoIP protocols and Linux Administration (Trixbox and Asterisk)
