* Must be a graduate of a 3yr Diploma Course or Bachelors Degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering. * At least 6-24 months of experience in IT Helpdesk/Operations * Voice Support - Good Command in English Language, Ability to engage in a conversation to resolve issues over phone, document and escalate if necessary. * Online Support -Ability to handle/track online helpdesk application to track, follow-up, resolve issues. Working knowledge in installing, configuring and supporting software, hardware and connectivity components of a single-user workstation.
